Description:
Traditionally known as a German holiday bread. Our stollen is from the Alsace Region in France. We soak raisins, orange strips, lemon zest and toasted almonds in rum then roll them into a incredible sweet dough. Then our bakers pipe a strip of almond paste through the interior, coat the bread in melted European butter and toss in sugar. Incroyable (Incredible)!!!
