Our signature Sourdough breads are handcrafted using a three day process: a day to build the starter (mother of the bakery), a day to handcraft the loaves, and a day to allow the bread to slowly proof and maximize the flavor before baking.
The bread is baked in our steam injected European Hearth Oven which produces a crispy crust and breathtaking interior. This imported Hearth Oven was hand crafted and assembled by a team of French craftsman
