Pick Up and Catering Products
We assemble pick up and catering orders based on availability. Should you like to request a specific day for delivery, please include it in the message field or call our bakery at 919-657-0657. Unless specified, products ordered by 12:00pm/Noon will be ready for pick up the next day. If you would like to arrange for delivery, please provide the delivery address and phone number for the person receiving the package in the message field, and one of our associates will contact you at your number to confirm; our local courier will make deliveries at the time and place specified. In rare circumstances where our courier is unable to deliver at the requested time, we will call with the next soonest time available for your approval. Should the product you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will contact the phone number given on the order to inform you. Cancellations must be placed no less than 48 hours prior to shipment. (We require this cancellation policy because we are baking breads to order and our process for creating and baking breads is a 3-day process.)
Online Products
We ship product based on availability. Should you have a specific requested day for delivery, please include it in the message field or call the bakery directly at 919-657-0657. Products ordered by 12:00pm/Noon will be shipped next dayship the same day. If your order is received after 12:00pm/Noon (and for orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday) we will ship the following next business day. Should there be a time when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, your order will be filled on the next available day. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order 48 hours before shipment. (We require this cancellation policy because we are baking breads to order and our process for creating and baking breads is a 3-day process.)
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. We will hold shipping until all products are available unless you notify us otherwise in the message field or by calling us directly at 919-657-0657.
Taxes
La Farm Bakery shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that have not been received in edible shape. Please contact us at info@lafarmbakery.com or 919-657-0657.
